Payment Options:
Monthly memberships are by electronic draft from a checking or savings account. Members have the choice
of being drafted on the 5th or 20th of the month. Monthly membership can be placed on medical hold with
written verification. Monthly memberships can be cancelled five days prior to your draft date.
A voided check or bank letter is needed to enroll for bank draft monthly memberships.
Memberships can also be purchased in three/six month increments.
Three/six month memberships cannot be cancelled
