Bear Valley Registration, Fees & Information
All YMCA of Superior California members and returning campers can begin registering on February 15th for Bear Valley Resident Camp, Bear Valley Family Camp and Counselor in Training (C.I.T.)
A $50 deposit per week is required to reserve your spot.
After February 15th, you may register any time during business hours at all YMCA of Superior California locations.
You may also register and pay online at www.sacymca.org.
By registering early you will ensure that your child has a reserved spot at camp.

Parents are invited to transport children to and from camp. Drop-off at Bear Valley begins at 3:00pm on the Sunday of their camp session.
Camp pick-up is the following Friday between 11:00am and 12:30pm.
Busses will be departing every Sunday of each session from the Downtown YMCA location. Along the route to Bear Valley Camp, buses will stop at designated
locations in Roseville and Auburn to pick up additional campers. If you plan on sending your child to camp on the bus, please make sure you are at one of
these locations on Friday for pick-up and Sunday for drop-off.
Transportation Cost:
Campers - $30 per session/per camper
Counselor in Training (C.I.T.) - $60 per session (both weeks)

The YMCA offer reduced rates for income eligible YMCA MEMBERS. Spaces are limited and eligibility forms must be completed & approved prior to enrollment. Please allow 7-10 days for this process. How to Apply for Financial Assistance
• Participants receiving financial assistance must be a YMCA member.
• Applications must be received a minimum of three weeks prior to the start date of the program.
• Please complete the Financial Aid Application, you will find the application by clicking the Financial Assistance link on your left or you may pick up an application at Sacramento Area YMCA, 2021 W Street.
Incomplete applications will not be processed.
• Return completed applications, one month's proof of income*, and a letter explaining your financial situation to the YMCA.
Any application received without proof of income will not be processed.
• You will receive notification by mail within 7-10 working days.
*Household income: total of income from all sources for all individuals living at the same address Refunds
We will refund camp fees paid in full, less a deposit & bookkeeping fees, for cancellations made at least two weeks prior to the start of camp. In case of illness or injury, please provide a physician's statement in the two week deadline has passed. A written refund request is required before a refund will be provided. Please allow 2-3 weeks to process refunds.
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed days at camp, for cancellations made after the two week deadline, or for campers suspended or expelled from camp.
